BEAUTIFUL MEMORIES

We spent our honeymoon on Santorini, surrounded by whitewashed buildings with blue roofs and shutters. It was the most beautiful place I had ever seen—the clean, crisp white lines with the accents of azure. When it was time to head home, we promised ourselves that someday we would return. Twenty years and two kids later, we’ve yet to make it back. But as we sit in our kitchen, sipping an espresso, surrounded by my white cabinets with touches of blue-grey, that Greek island doesn’t feel very far away.
